Return Policy
At LOX we accept the exchange of your product within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, as long as they have not been soiled, mutilated, modified and / or damaged during use.
Changes / returns are not allowed in promotional merchandise, as well as articles from special collections, in which it is expressly indicated
The return will only be valid due to a factory defect or due to incorrect reception of the product, if so, the product must be sent directly to our warehouse located at Isaac Newton 102, El Peluchan, 37119 León, Gto. where it will undergo a return, exchange or refund determination evaluation.
If the economic reimbursement is necessary, it will be made to the same means by which the purchase payment was made.
In case of card payment, the refund will only be made to the owner of the card with which the purchase was made.
It will be essential to send an email to the address lox.digital.ventas@gmail.com requesting the return and in turn attach the proof of purchase, where appropriate, the completion of the card with which the operation was carried out. These guarantees are additional and do not affect the rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation.
